Civil Engineers: Registered P.E. or EIT with 5 to 10 years experience in civil design, project management, and water quality (hydrology, storm water management, site development, etc.)

Civil/Transportation Engineer: Entry level engineer with 0 to 3 years of experience in highway and drainage design. Experience with Microstation and CADD perferred.

Environmental Specialist: Mid to senior level environmental specialist with working knowledge of NEPA, CERCLA and CWA.

Project Assistant: Entry level to three (3) years experience to provide administrative and marketing support to environmental management, water resources and site delvelopment groups.

Project Manager : Mid to senior level Project Manager sought with experience in either environmental management, water management or site development.

Sales/Business Development Specialist: Motivated self-started needed to provide sales and business development support in real estate, transportation, and governmental markets.

Manager Accounts/Finance: Mid to senior Level Accountant experience in cash management, A/P, A/R and payroll processing. Proficiency with accounting software is a must. Responsible for maintaining General Ledger.

Controller: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum 3-5 years management experience in an accounting or finance function and at least 10 additional years of experience in accounting and finance positions with a proven track record in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Treasury, Payroll, Tax and Commercial functions preferably in an engineering/technical services environment. Desired characteristics are Certified Public Accountant or Master's of Business Administration and must be comfortable leading and working with the team through ambiguity. Will be directly responsible for technical accounting and policy matters in the CERM P&L, reporting to the Managing Director. In addition the role, Controller will be a key headquarter resource with responsibility for various reporting and key corporate management processes. Will be responsible for evaluating accounting issues and developing processes that meet business needs. Position will have supervisory responsibility for the accounting manager, administrative assistant, facility management, and the A/P, A/R, Payroll, and HR functions. $70,000 – $90,000 Commensurate with experience level. CERM will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. CERM does not offer relocation assistance.

Water Resource Manager/Specialist: Mid to senior Level experience in stormwater management, watershed planning, H&H Modeling, flood mitigation and water quality.

Survey Party Chief/RLS: Mid to senior Level Surveyor. Must have a strong knowledge of surveying theory and 5+ years of practical experience with total stations including construction and land development. RLS preferred.

GIS/Mapping Technician : Mid to senior Level. Must have strong GIS skills with two or more GIS packages- Arc View Preferred and formal training /Degree/ Certificate in GIS or related field with Mapping experience. Possess strong Macro / Visual Basic programming skills, Storm Water Inventory or Utility Planning experience and have experience working closely with field engineers and designers. Show understanding of planametrics, CADD and statistical analysis and have excellent verbal/ written communication skills.

SR. Engineering Technician : Senior Level experienced Materials Testing Engineering Technician with current NICET, ACI, and ICC certifications or equivalents. Perform soil, concrete and asphalt tests plus other inspections.  Check and maintain equipment as needed.  Generate complete, timely, and accurate testing and inspection reports, time sheets, and expense reports.  Good driving record.  Good written and verbal communication skills as well as good arithmetic skills.  Heavy lifting is involved.  Travel and evening and weekend hours may be required.
