Professional Development.
In addition to participation in professional
organizations, C.E.R.M. provides opportunities for
professional development through continuing education.
C.E.R.M.’s commitment of resources -- time, staff, and
dollars -- is virtually unprecedented for a company of
our size. Employees, from the Receptionist to the
Managing Director, participate in continuing education.
Training to maintain certifications, increase one’s
technical knowledge, or improve one’s management/
interpersonal skills, etc. is fully supported by
management and staff alike. C.E.R.M.’s Staff Resources
Manager works closely with employees to ensure they
receive required and desired training.
Atmosphere.
C.E.R.M.’s casual, yet energetic, atmosphere
provides the perfect environment for personal growth and
career advancement. Management advocates mutual respect
and affords employees the freedom to exercise their
knowledge and expertise. There is no traditional
departmental structure at C.E.R.M. Staff Team Leaders
work closely with each Project Manager to ensure the
right person is paired with the right project
assignment. More importantly, C.E.R.M. management
understands this structure ensures all employees diverse
project work on a wide variety of projects.
