C.E.R.M.'s Managing Director, Albert G. Edwards, served as a presenter and panel member at the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Region IV Brownfield Conference on July 22, 2010 in Jacksonville, Florida. The conference was attended by EPA officials, state and federal regulatory agencies, municipal and county government officials, health officials, communicate activist, and engineering and environmental consultants. The presentation was entitled "Community Impact Mitigations and Environmental Projects".
"While C.E.R.M. is a technical services firm, we have achieved a measurable level of success in assisting clients, project stakeholders, and government officials with improving the balance to burden ratio for those communities impacted by environmental projects" said Edwards.
