Mr. Lambert is a results-driven professional with over 40 years of business leadership and executive management experience in multiple disciplines in small organizations to Fortune 500 corporations. He has been on the Board of Directors, the Managing Principal and Program Director for major A/E and construction operations with the responsibility for providing leadership, exceptional value, operational efficiency, outstanding team performance and client satisfaction through relationship building and exceeding client expectations. He is performance driven and has a proven track record of leading the procurement and operational management of A/E Design, CEI, Disaster Recovery, vertical, subsurface, civil infrastructure and water/wastewater projects valued at over $30 billion. He is on CERM’s Management Committee and responsible for the management, growth, and success of the Mobile Office and the Gulf South Region through strategic client relationships, quality service, and sustainable operational performance.
