CERM takes a collaborative approach in designing effective facility management strategies to enhance our clients’ business performance and safety standards.

Existing and new buildings are often faced with a diverse range and complexity of issues that require engineers with a unique understanding of all aspects of facility design, planning, maintenance and operations.  CERM works with its clients to develop an integrated operations and maintenance process for their facilities, assuring project performance in accordance with design requirements and expectations.

We apply our 20 plus years of experience to developing new facilities as well as renovating, rehabilitating, and expanding existing facilities. Our specialties range from aviation terminals and government buildings to educational facilities, industrial plants and warehouse distribution centers.

We employ a creative, tactical approach to determining facilities engineering solutions that build value and continuous improvement. Our goal is to improve bottom line results, optimization, risk mitigation and environmental responsibility through engineering design, budgeting, scheduling, aesthetics, and applying the principles of sustainability. We handle every aspect of program management while providing clients with materials handling and life safety/ADA studies.
